And another year nearly gone

I can’t believe we are almost at the end of another year! It has been a fantastic year for us with exciting new projects like ‘Keep Moving’ a group exercise followed by tea for stroke survivors. We have seen 16 new stroke survivors making loads of progress in the groups and they have also made new friends.

We say goodbye to much-loved gym member Ann Donald

Gym member Ann Donald passed away this week and will be much missed by all of us in the gym. Ann had been coming to Ability Bow for over a year and had become known to us a hard-working and determined, very lovely lady. She overcame a number of adversities during that time, including breaking her ankle and she inspired us with her tenacity and her can-do attitude to any obstacles presented before her.
