Each year our charity needs to raise over £250,000 to maintain our vital service. We rely on fundraising events to help us fund our work in supporting disabled people to live richer, more active lives.

Now in its second year, Parallel London - the world's first fully accessible and inclusive mass participation push/run event - returns to the Queen Elizabeth Park , Stratford on Sunday 3rd September 2017 and we’re excited to say Ability Bow have spaces for you to join in !

Could you take on this 100 mile cycling challenge on the closed roads of London and the Surrey Hills? Ability Bow has guaranteed spaces for entrants to cycle and raise money in Prudential Ride London-Surrey 100 this July 30th

The Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 is perfect for both club and recreational cyclists. Slower cyclists can enjoy a challenging ride while faster riders will relish the opportunity to pit themselves against the country’s top amateurs.
