Could you take on this 100 mile cycling challenge on the closed roads of London and the Surrey Hills? Ability Bow has guaranteed spaces for entrants to cycle and raise money in Prudential Ride London-Surrey 100 this July 30th
The Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 is perfect for both club and recreational cyclists. Slower cyclists can enjoy a challenging ride while faster riders will relish the opportunity to pit themselves against the country’s top amateurs.
As well as the personal challenge of completing the route, your participation will also benefit our charity, raising funds for our specialist exercise service which needs you now more than ever!
Our team works with over 400 clients each year and enables people to transform their lives for the better but we can’t do it without your help . We rely heavily on fundraising to fund our work, income from fundraising events makes up 50-60% of our annual income with only a minimal amount coming from statutory contracts. Money fundraised is money that goes directly to delivering specialist gym sessions to our dependent members.
By raising funds for Ability Bow cyclists will be helping people change their lives through taking part in supported exercise ; the income from Ride London has an immediate and positive impact and means more clients off of our waiting list , many of whom have been patiently waiting a long time.
If you know of any cyclists or anyone who might like to try Ride London, now is the time to pass the word on. Please forward this message or pass the news on to anyone you think may be interested. We ask our riders to raise £550 to + a reg fee of £45.
